17 Mile House Farm Park features a farm that is over 155 years old and was a popular stopping point for people using the Cherokee/Smoky Hill wagon trails in the 1860s. Tours of the property are free and happen one Saturday each month from 9 AM – Noon.

One of the biggest events in the county is the Arapahoe County Fair that is held annually. Enjoy the amazing scenic views as you are entertained in the covered arena, event center, and rodeo arena.
