Karin assisted me in the purchase of a home in 2003. I wasn’t keen about working with a Realtor simply because I thought I could handle it on my own but when I sat down and told her what I wanted aesthetically… like the type of natural lighting I was longing for… she could actually tell me the type and location of houses that would provide what I wanted. Instead of spending months searching on my own for the place with the right feeling, we zeroed in on what I wanted right away. That’s a unique skill… a combination of keen listening, creativity, and knowledge that not all Realtors possess. When I moved to another state years later I unfortunately thought I could find another Karin. Not so
