Last week I had the chance to catch up with my longtime friend Mandy to celebrate her birthday, albeit belated. We’ve known each other since grade school, and whenever we get together, it’s a mix of nostalgia, laughter, and life updates.
She picked Just Be Kitchen for lunch after seeing it featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Mandy ordered the sampler platter that was featured on the show, and I had the seared tuna salad, which was fresh and flavorful. But the real star was the salted caramel latte. Hands down, it was the best latte I’ve ever had. Rich, smooth, not too sweet, and just the right touch of salt. I’d go back just for that!
