A new housing development is in the works for Colorado. Development can officially begin on the 21,000-acre site that will be a community of new homes and businesses centered around Denver International Airport.
According to Cohn Marketing’s press release, the housing options offered will fill the needs of the market’s current demand, from attached homes starting in the $200,000s to single-family detached homes priced to $1 million and up.
